Hi there and welcome to my channel! I have been making videos on anything HVAC & Mechanical since around 2008. For those wondering, i live somewhere in S. Carolina where winter's don't exist and summer is always hot :) a little about me, I am a very private person and have decided to keep certain details about myself private, :) , i am primarily a real estate investor and own multiple rental properties and i have two other jobs, all 100% self employed. Now for something else, i am on the autism spectrum (diagnosed ASD-1 & ADHD in October 2008) and that is one reason i am interested in things most "normal" people find weird & strange, like HVAC. Always remember, you can be whatever you want to be :) I upload at random, i am a very busy person and tend to keep my private life and private events off of the internet, i do also advocate for individuals with ASD :)
