Welcome to TeeTee's Urban Pantry, I'm Tia. This is my journey on learning, and loving to preserve food for my family from canning, to fermenting, to stock piling for emergencies. I will share what I have researched over the years in hopes that, I can learn something new in return. Being an African American wife and mother I feel very strongly in making sure my family has everything we need and passing those skills down to my children and grandchildren.
