Grab your favorite beverage and pull up a comfy chair. I'm so glad you are here. A group of butterflies is called a kaleidoscope. Like broken pieces of glass, we are #bettertogether I use the butterfly as my logo to symbolize transformation. After being overweight and severely ill most of my life, I made a decision to change my life. In July of 2024, I had Vertical Gastric Sleeve (VSG) weight loss surgery, from 315 to currently 204. Lifestyle changes have greatly improved my health and lead me to working on healing my childhood trauma.
