I am Juliet Wright, otherwise known as Jul In The Kitchen. I am a Jamaican born and is presently living in the US. I found this passion from an early age watching my mom. I took this passion and opened my first restaurant that I operated for 10 years in Mandeville Jamaica, WI. I cook a lot of caribbean dishes for my family . However, living in the US I am exposed to a variety of different foods that I cook and add my own twist to it. I sometimes do a little baking and I'm big on natural juices. I also review products and equipment that I use in my kitchen which at times I will share with you all.
