Hello and welcome to Cooking Around The World. My name is John Shields from New Zealand and on 26th December 2020, I started a virtual ( and sometimes actual ) trip around the world in a quest to cook at least one dish from each country in the world. As of the 23rd December 2024 I have cooked meals from over 48 countries. It has been a little slow as I got stuck on a few countries, Italy being one of them. Now, if you feel your country is being neglected, then drop me an email, naming dishes you would love me to cook. I would love to hear from you.
