Welcome to our second channel! I am Rachel, the other half to Robertson’s Belly Acres. I used to do all of my cooking videos on a playlist on our main channel but I finally made the leap to devote an entire channel to one of my passions! I come from a long line of amazing cooks, starting with my momma. I am 4th generation American, so even though my roots are Mexican, I cook everything. I aspire to bring authenticity to the dishes I make, no matter the origin. I also love to share some of the humble yet delicious meals with which I grew up eating.
